Re: cooling issue - the fan can probably move enough air as-is, provided you have all the right ducting. Who knows what Chrysler did back in the day when it was new, but ensuring you have all the air being funneled properly will lower temps quite a bit.
I noticed a 10-15* drop when running at full-tilt in the racecar once I made a scoop to channel air through the radiator instead of "kind of near it."
Yeah a shroud is a big part of that. Instead pulling air through 16" hole I should be pulling air across the whole radiator at idle. I figured the massive 4 row radiator would let me get away with it but I guess not. Not having much issues with it at speed so that's good. Won't have time or energy to mess with it for a while though, have too much shit to move to the new place.
