This car looks exactly like that, the same wheels, bodykit, fog lamps, everything. So I think you are wrong on that chief, unless the "VR-4 look-a-like" package was available, which I'm not saying it wasn't.
To correct a few points I made before...
This car has 157,000 miles on it. Also it needs no transmission work as far as I can tell. After driving it all day I've concluded that at the most it needs shift bushings, and definitely a short-throw
