Well my wife got laid off today. 2nd company in 3 years. 1st was due to reorganization within the company. This time was due to the merging of multiple companies and duplicate positions. 2 weeks severance. Real nice after she kept the department alive and operating all alone since her coworker just ghosted the company and never showed up one day.
