Came across this combo of Impact, grinder, flashlight, charger, and 4mah batt for $139.

The impact alone is typically $119, battery is usually $80. I've seen just the impact with Batt for $99 around black Friday, so figured it was a good deal to pay $40 for the grinder and flashlight.

300ft lbs should be sufficient for my needs. I know you guys haven't had issues with it at the track for knocking lugs and suspension bolts off.

first check to see if your local homedepot has the impact kit for $70

I think its only a good deal if you're a tool collector. I cant imagine needing a grinder but not needing real AC power torque. The flashlight might come in handy but 120 lumens is pretty dim and its big and bulky. A cheap headlamp and AA flashlight would do you better. In the end the only really useful part is the impact wrench, and $140 is overpriced for the ryobi.

Personally, I think the best impact wrench deal is the Ridgid kit for $160. Lifetime warranty on tool AND battery is a game changer for these expensive LI-ion batteries.

Its OOS now but $160 is the normal price

I just bought the milwaukee that I posted in the deals thread but I am planning on returning it and getting the ridgid kit whenever its back in stock.

If you're penny pinching I think the rockwell is the best deal. $100, brushless, and a 20 year battery warranty. A bit light on torque but should be fine with anything but jiffy lube impacted-on lugs.
