Well learned my lesson from buying from ebay. Fake wheel and this is my “hub adapter”
Bought a real nrg wheel. Dont think its gonna bend, because its not a rep wheel. Also returning the nardi wheel.
Did an oil and coolant change. Oil took 10mins and coolant took 4 hours. On Z31s you can only drain the radiator and then you have to get to a nut (the drain nut) to open the thermostat to allow the coolant from the reservoir flow through the radiator. Well The drain nut in not reachable, even with universals :|. Yes universal”S”. So I made this because of course the turkey paster was too short to reach. sadly I already drank a lot of water so joe and I had to take turns drinking the coolant. Was a lot but tasted very sweet...
Filled up the reservoir and to max and tried to heat up the engine to open the thermostat. For some reason that didnt work so I yeeted it and put coolant in the radiator as well. Somehow it worked and now the car is perfectly at max in the reservoir as well as staying at correct operation temperature.
Planning on doing my powersteering fluid as well as my transmission fluid friday with the mm boys and hopefully joe. I want to do it with at least one person that has done it before because those seem like more difficult tasks and I dont know if Joe and I would be able to do it correctly first try. Since this is my daily driver it needs to be done correctly.
O yeah also dipped wheels. Looks good but want new wheels. Looking for tuner wheels, hopefully 18”. The tire side wall is huge and want to minimize that. Also want to show off my sweet 80’s calibers!
