I think the worst part about selling a house is the realization that you now have to pack all of your shit up.

Yup.  Although selling was fucking stressful as shit, you think every little nick and dent will make someone not buy your house.

Our house went up on MLS  2 Friday mornings ago the 9th and had a full asking price, waived inspection contingency offer that night.  We thought we priced a bit aggressively and am now stressed about the appraisal coming in high enough.  It's a seller's market right now.  It was kind of nice not to have to have an open house though...

Now we get to live with my mom for a couple weeks till our new house is available, closing date is April 9th and our house wont be available till late April.  I do have a hankering for meatloaf though
