I just sold my town house, in 2.5 days, for full asking price, no closing costs. I had 3 offers on the table, and they were all acceptable offers. I had 6 showings in 2 days. Its was super, super stressful. Now we are working towards closing. And I'm moving, and my life is in boxes, and its insane!
