Yeah getting multiple offers is literally the anti-stress of selling a house

Try carrying two mortgages for a few months while your house doesn't sell as quickly as you want due to neighborhood HOA issues.  That was stress!!

Shit, if I had pockets full of that Lee money, I’d never be stressed again.
