Well the wife and I have been looking at moving for the past year, at least. Finally broke down and posted our house for sale on Friday. By now (Sunday) we’ve had 5 showings and now have two offers. We’ve sent counters to both potential purchasers telling them to bring their best and final offers by 3pm tomorrow and we will choose by 6pm. There is also someone coming to look at it in the morning who may, if they are interested, get involved in the little bidding war. I’m stressed beyond measure, I hate this shit.

Additionally, we haven’t found anything we really like close to both of our works, so it looks like we will be renting for a while

I'm getting anxiety just thinking about it.

At least that's on the good side of problems. I hope the buyers pay a pretty penny.
