I'll be sure to call you when I have a kid and get a flat at midnight on the highway in east bumblefuck, WV ski town.
I haven't noticed them, honestly. The run flats on our Clubman were pretty turrible, but I have no complaints about these... probably because our roads are so bad I don't notice. I wondered how the snow traction is, then I remembered I've driven in the snow like once in the last few years. We get snow in the mountains, but chains or studded tires are almost always required so the point is mostly moot.
I just got a call and the car is done. The local shop I took it to actually had better prices than tirerack, which surprised me. I honestly can't believe how painless this issue was (not counting cost).

"Here, at last, is the cure for texting while driving. The millions of deaths which occur every year due to the iPhone’s ability to stream the Kim K/Ray-J video in 4G could all be avoided, every last one of them, if the government issued everyone a Seventies 911 and made sure they always left the house five minutes later than they’d wanted to. It would help if it could be made to rain as well. Full attention on the road. Guaranteed." -Jack Baruth
