My cousin is hooking it up for me in a couple of weeks...based on a quick google - I don't think we need the Testamentary Trust just yet (no kids) and the Credit Shelter Trust looks to be used to avoid estate taxes. Again something we don't need as our net worth has not yet crested $11 million. Unless I am missing something?
