I'll echo what DJ said. WA does not require a Will to go to probate if a self-proving affidavit (notarized with two other witnesses) is included with it. That said, our Will does does have a Testamentary Trust for distribution of inheritance to minors at a certain age and a Credit Shelter Trust to transfer assets without estate taxes. YMMV.
