Might also consider putting things in a living trust to help save your family some aggravation should the worst happen. (evaluate wether this is right for you).

99% of your assets can easily be trasnferred to your wife, just by making sure both your names are on everything (caveat: if you divorce...haha good luck saying it was "your asset")
