ha, had 'em on my last car as well. only all season tire i'd probably buy twice in a row, which i never do. the garbage on my "new" used Si is a joke by comparison.
welcome. C30's are cool as hell and that is definitely one rare bird you have right there. being an old audi fan i get hot loins for 5 cylinder noises so i'm gonna have to request that you upload a video of the exhaust when you get that taken care of.
Yeah, the dealer put on "new tires" in the front ($80 Federals) and there are Nankangs in the rear with horrible cupping from the bent wheel/possibly bad alignment specs. Even with those it's doing great on back roads.
Oh I absolutely will

That's good to hear! They seem to have decent siping so I'm not too surprised. I don't foresee ever driving it in the snow since I've got the 4 Runner, but it'll certainly see rain and cold. I also really didn't wanna run super sticky summers on it since it's my daily and I'd like to have my tires last. I dailied a FWD twin turbo swapped 3000GT for a while and burned through a set of summer tires in ~7k miles (they were pretty much dead when I sold the car). I could practically feel the tires (and my money) wearing away anytime I drove somewhere lol
