Yeah, our builder was behind on all inspections and they definitely have something tied to the timeliness of these inspections - he asked us to back date the 6 month inspection report. I'm not sure if we were supposed to get a 12 month, but the house was built a year before we moved in so we kind of got one. He let our lawn go to shit though so a bit grinded on that, and we should have pushed harder for a real fix. (which reminds me - need to post in the homeowners thread)
Dec insurance payment fell through the cracks and I didn't notice it until last week of Dec (due the 17th) and immediately sent it through banking bill pay. They got it Jan 4th and applied it to the Jan 17th payment - and left the Dec payment open and left the insurance in "cancellation" status. it took a supervisor to be able to add the BMW while at the dealer...
