Some deficit is good for the economy but good lord, setting us up to increase our deficit during a "boom" cycle? Wheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. Still not as dumb as 75% of the EU nations currently, which is the sad part.
