He's an older gentleman and he asked where to take it to make sure it was mechanically good before selling it - I think he's well intentioned. Also just turned in a TDI Touareg for Dieselgate and is looking to move to an SQ7 if we get them. So he has upscale, if masochistic, taste.
I think he knows what he has and I'd expect a ZHP tax, but I'll shoot him an email. I do know he balked at a $3k offer from the local BMW dealer so it ain't gonna be a steal (in which case this post wouldn't exist).
