I think I might have fallen in love with my uncles Sig P226. Is there anything I should know about it other than buy it if it feels good? After about two mags through it, I was pretty much hitting whatever I wanted at about 20 yards. Seems like some of them have the anchor on them (which is tits), some don't.

Is there anything you should know? Woof, where to begin. The P226 is an old design (not like 1911 old but pretty old) that has definitely stood up to the test of time. The "anchor" is from the "MK25" models, as the seals used P226's in the 80's and the navy adopted the P228 (compact 226) as the M11. So you'll see that too.

If it feels good you're not going to go wrong. if you've got the money, you should look into the Legion models as well as the P226RX. Adding a MRDS after the fact is going to be a lot more money than just buying the RX and I know "Rex I'm not sure I need that" but I didn't think so either and then I bought the 320RX and now i want a red dot on all my pistols.
