This is so true. I've learned so much from youtube and trial and error. My buddy, who is in industrial construction, and I have flipped a house and renovated a second for a rental property. He has construction experience in waste water management on an enormous scale. Think Baltimore City sewer system. He's learned a ton from reading books and youtube. The rest we just wing it and hope for the best :lol:
