90% of cars have been hit. My Grand Prix was hit before I owned it. My SHO was hit before I owned it. My Corolla was hit 3x under my wife's ownership. All have / had a clean Carfax.
Both Civics are being sold by large franchised dealers. Dealers like that don't normally deal in poorly repaired cars. The second lists the damage as minor and indicated the car was still drivable.
Look over them closely. Inspect the vin tags. Look for overspray. Test drive them. Take them to a 3rd party for a PPI.... Don't discard any car that has been hit, just look at it as something to inspect.
