On week 3 of this meal prep train. I'm not really a fan of eating the same thing 4 times a week but I'm sticking with it. Much healthier than I used to eat for lunch and I feel like I have more energy after lunch.
Used to eat a sandwich, chips, fruit, etc everyday for lunch. So many carbs not a lot of protein.
This week I did brown rice, cucumber/onion/tomato salad, a little arugula I had around and grilled chicken. Just portioning by eye no scale.
