Look after it before it causes problems, and it will, sooner or later. I have a bulging disc right now and its set me back a ways on the bike, I havent been able to race at all this year and it ruined my CX season last year - I pushed through it, stubbornly, and now I'm paying. I finally got connected with a really good physical therapist this year and its made a big difference.
