Yep, I hear that. We've purged the house of anything that shouldnt be here, so I'm little danger to myself in the evenings these days. I think a lot of the extra stuff I was eating in the evening wasnt because I wasnt eating well the rest of the day, likely stress, which is probably a whole 'nother thread.
