Your HOA approved that?

I submitted an ARC request for my trees and had to wait almost 2 months for approval & install. I wasn't going to wait another couple months to install this but we are fine because:
A) We are allowed to install privacy screens
B) Anything attached to the house or any installed out-buildings (ie a shed) just have to match the color scheme of the house or be pre-approved styles/colors (mostly for fencing)
C) You can't see the install from the street at all until we roll it down and use it

This most definitely is not color matched and is pretty clearly visible from the house :lol: I haven't gotten ahold of the separate HOA tenants but they are usually MUCH more strict than the single family homes (ie you can't install anything on the exterior of the home, at all)

I heard the guy with the ugly awning is going to report this weird bedsheet hanging from the side of Lee's porch :lol:
