I've camped about 10 nights already this year... Usually car camping, but sometimes up a mountain so the list fluctuates a bit.

REI Half Dome 2 tent - fits two properly sized adults nicely
15 degree Sea to Summit bag - For the colder months, but if chilly in summer I'll use it as a top layer
55 degree REI bag/liner - In the summer I start with only this, but if chilly or camping as two it'll be a bottom layer
Exped Synmat HL Duo pad - pretty much the fanciest/lightest two-person pad on the market. Blows up to 3"
Thermarest compressible pillow
Black Diamond rechargeable headlamp
Coleman 2-burner stove or MSR Pocket Rocket if going light
Jetboil 10" frying pan
Small metal pot with a collapsible handle and locking lid
Metal cup - used for drinks and eating
