Can I be the really organized one to keep people on task. And I agree with you Jess, those 5 characteristics are the most important. The other night Rex and I were discussing that exact subject. We need someone who is good at all the portions of the challenge. But most importantly you need organization, if you don't keep this organized it will fail.
