Btw, mainly directed at Justin, I'm not IT fluent at all. One Msoft access class in school. But I did take a project management class and a few hr style classes. I'm really not sure what you do with a management degree starting out. Especially a TIE one as opposed to HR based. I know it's entry level, but entry level what. That's why I tried to get my foot in the door at Specialty and move into ops management but they always hired from outside even after saying how much they love to promote from within.
