Finally got the baby teeth off. Looking at forum posts, you would think this is harder than rebuilding an engine, but it's just all about the angles. And I think some people are afraid to scratch their hands up.

Swapped Taylor/Chan's old top about two weeks ago, and it seems to be holding up. Didn't leak a drop in the rain storm we had a few nights ago, so I'm happy.
Registered for DE1 in March. Going to do rotors, HP+ pads, and Motul 600, and leave it be until after the event. Just hoping nothing goes catastrophically wrong while I'm out there.
