I wanna talk for a second about my most favorite "skunk works" project in the Gun World:

The Silencerco Maxim9:



Sci-Fi chic, no? Looks like some shit you'd have in a drop leg holster if you were shot from orbit, amirite? Well it's anintegrally suppressed 9mm pistol, which is why it looks goofy.

It's got an RMR cutout in the non-reciprocating suppressor:


AND a provision for mounting keymod accessories (or industrial shelving, I guess) to the bottom:


It's also modular, so it can be shorter and louder, or longer and quieter:




If the hearing protection act passes I'll have one of these on order TOMORROW. Hell, I might anyway, depending on final price. If it's less than 1500 bucks, it's a no-brainer in my book. (Say 700-800 for an RMR cut glock + 500 dollar suppressor?)

At any rate, it's super cool.
