Also yes, YMMV as Derek pointed out on PMI, I keep forgetting how lucky we are that nice houses are so cheap here. It would be a lot harder for me to stomach $200-300 PMI but I'm so spoiled from being down here for so many years.
Taylor we definitely derailed you so sorry about that but yeah with all of us adults adulting hopefully it gives you some more to think about with your car plan (ie don't be stupid and burn ca$$$h on race engines in Subarus when you're young and cash flush with no responsibilities :lol
