First off, I'm amazed at how much you've gotten done already, DJ!!. Makes me feel like even more of a slacker. :lol:

I learned a long time ago to not compare my car working motivation to DJ's. I'd say its because he doesn't have kids but once that little one comes around, he's still going to somehow find time to swap like 4 friend's different BMW engines before the first birthday.
