Early voted today. I don't usually get all public with my voting decision but this is the first time since I began voting that I haven't seen a candidate that I saw eye to eye with on either side, much less from the party I am registered with. It was also the first time I have ever voted independent in a general election. My hope is that more and more people start to do so so that there are more legitimate options to choose from should the two major parties throw spaghetti at the wall for their candidates again. Although Johnson has a snowball's chance in hell of winning the presidency, I don't feel my vote was wasted at all. If we as Americans legitimately don't feel that there is a good Repub or Democratic option to vote for, I believe you should put your money where your heart is and start the movement toward creating legitimacy for a third, or fourth, or fifth, etc. party.
May God have mercy on our souls for the next 4 years~
