Better than a typical concrete sealer, and will provide actual protection against oils, etc. If you google for SPGX and garage journal you'll get a few threads on peoples applications. I like it that it's easy to do an your usual epoxy, it's pretty cheap (Company provides a discount for GJ members) and kind of does that cool industrial look for garage floors.
And I'm jelly of your garage.
