yup. if i could buy a house right now i would... rent = money in the trash. a lot of times a mortgage doesn't cost much more than monthly rent... argh! but down payment is killer! argh!

but you're in to real estate so you already know this. hopefully it'll help some other soon-to-be-grads though. BUY don't rent!

Exactly, and as long as you can make the monthly payment. The more expensive the house, the more you are actually saving by creating equity.
