A Merkur XR302 would be incredible. Can you really get a rolling chassis for 20 dollars?

I know that a Committee was suggested to investigate rules, possible cars, etc, and report back to the MM Body. I propose we create a committee of 5, which should include at least one OG, to work over winter break and bring back a report on the feasibility of MM participating in the GRM 2006 Challenge as well as a detailed reccomendations list for possible cars, sponsors, etc.
I would also happily volunteer for this committee, should the Body choose to appoint me thus.
