New fog light did the trick, oem harnesses checked out. Glorious glorious light again. The setup got a great workout on the trip up to VA tonight as it misted and rained the entire way. It's amazing to see what a good light setup looks like next to a poor one like a lot of passerby had. I was basically lighting the road for others. A+ would recommend.
