30 minutes? That's really not bad at all. That's what I figured it was.
Yes, we are looking at newish renovated places. A few hundred dollars adds up to a few thousand a year saved....
Edit: I'd rather live with two JMU grads that work at the same company and one that I actually lived with last summer than some randos.
