Before anything else, please please please get a set of dedicated race pads and rotors. You've got a roll bar now, I think its safe to say you're going to be tracking this thing. Quit screwing around with double duty brake pads. I've never been a fan of Hawks but lots of people seem to like them. I would probably go with some Carbotech XP-10 (or 12) and new rotors. You'll find that new pads will make a world of difference. If you're still having problems, then add ducting.
