PSA for you Meat Lovers. Some restaurant supply outlets are open to the general public and you get pro-quality stuff for ridiculous prices. I just checked one out in Sterling and I got one 8" chef's knife and a 3.5" pairing knife for $22. I'm definitely going to be doing all of my kitchen hardware shopping there from now on.
