So, I just started reading this now. I'm going to ask about the kitchen.
Are you allowed to tear down walls? If so what is behind the wall with the fridge. If it isn't load bearing it would probably awesome to take down and make more open with an island. I just don't know anything about what you bought or how it is laid out.
