And which lazy tech didn't bother to straighten the wheel? I never understand how something that obvious (should have been caught when driving it out of the shop) makes it back to the customer.
Honestly I don't know. I'm so picky about who works on our cars and the one day when I had to rearrange the day and time we were dropping it off they hand us off to the C squad. With my Jag I am so anal about it I only work with one tech in particular (his name is Chris) and I've brought him pizza and donuts on several occasions to make sure I don't get the ole service hand-off.
