pellet hopper, auger, firepot, fan, control unit and temp probe. there is also a firepot cover and a grease tray since drippings will put out the flame.
its actually relatively complex for just making fire, and it all works together.
its possible to retrofit it to another grill, but it would require at least some cutting and welding. lots of people have done it so its certainly possible.

but $250 for a pellet grill as long as its moderately functional is a terrific deal. do you know the model name? for that cheap it may not have been completely temperature controlled (you just set pellet feed rates) which you want.
