You probably already did this, but have you checked to make sure your drain holes inside the car (they're like on the very far edges of the storage shelf right behind / to the sides of the seat) are clear? I've read people can get flooded trunks if they're clogged. I took some old speaker wire and shoved it down mine and got some dirt and such out
