I drove a C5 Z06 when I was looking at cars a couple of years ago. I wasn't a huge fan of the seat position or the extra long hood. Haven't had a chance to drive a C6 yet, but I keep telling myself I'd like to get a C6 Z06 one day when the prices come down.
Base model vettes are super common around here too so that is a bit of a turn off.
