Yeah I doubt you'll get oil temp readouts from the TDI but perhaps, i wonder if Christina has it in her MK7 TDI.
You can always reappropriate an old android device to get some gauges via the Torque app without spending much money if you just wanna watch some needles bounce around. That always provided good entertainment in the MKV.
