Having stuff on Friday is difficult. Most people want to drink and dry hump on Friday nights. We *did* do that last year, I think on a Thursday or Friday, and it didn't work out too well. The only people that came were the freshmen I knew personally.

I think getting people out is a matter of them having some reason for coming out. Also, if we do something early enough on Friday, that would leave plenty of time for the dry humpers to have their party time afterwards and have and event or something else to do with alumni or older members who are tired of that kind of lifestyle.
