May I ask where you think the disconnect is? I know you mentioned communication in the aspect of keeping people up to date. Is that the disconnect or did you think it is something else?
Also one point is years back we had the van incident at the track. Idk if jmu kept record of that but if they did, might be tough to rent vans.
