And for what it's worth, when my HG went somewhere between 180-185k, it was explicitly an owner-to-vehicle abuse situation. Neighbor had come over to talk shop while I was bleeding the cooling system, I was talking to him and not paying attention and I let it warm up with a big air bubble at the back of the head. It started to leak immediately after that.
