VIR will get money out of you one way or another.

the HPDE i did a year ago, i had to pay $35 to sleep in my car in the paddock. they called it a "camping fee". i tried to explain i'm not hooking up to anything for power, no tent or camper site...literally just leaving the car sitting there and sleeping in a seat. some bullshit, but i wasn't going to get thrown out for lying when they'd see my car there that night without clearance.

I do get busted all the time for trying to get free electricity. 3/5 times they catch me, but heck it is worth the try :lol:
