How do you do your work?

Too far to move my eyse from keybaord to svreen to see what I'm tpying.

I sit down all day in a cube, kind of sucks but windows right behind me provide a more open feeling. I also try to walk around a bit every hour. And when all the stars align - no meeting, no impending deadline, remembered my clothes, I might even run a few miles at lunch. It's amazing what that does for the rest of my day, should be more committed to it.
